Merry Christmas! How has it got to this time of year already?

It’s been a big 2015 for Thackeray’s, The Windmill and Pearson’s Arms. Lots of change, lots of events and lots of fun. We expanded our Al Fresco offering at Thackeray’s and The Windmill, and that led to a brilliant summer for those two.Pearson’s Arms went from strength to strength with more live music than ever and a brilliantly busy Oyster Festival.

Our menus have changed constantly, and we’ve brought a lot of new offers in to keep things interesting.

We’ve also put a lot of effort into maintaining the Dining Circle blog and newsletter, which we hope you enjoy. If you’ve got any requests for things you’d like us to write about to give you more of an insight into the day-to-day of our restaurants, please do let us know.

COBNUT ANDALUSIAN CHRISTMAS COCKTAIL

(Christmas pudding in a glass)
50ml Harveys Pedro Ximenez 30yr VORS sweet sherry
50ml Hennessey Fine de Cognac
10ml Frangelico liqueuer
Garnish: Orange zest
Glass: Old Fashioned
Ice Cubes

Place all ingredients into the glass, stir well and enjoy!
