From Thursday 27th October you’ll be able to choose from the following cuts of 40 day dry aged Welsh black beef, all grilled on our Green Egg charcoal grill:

8oz Rib Eye: £28 for 2 people including a Carafe of Wine

7oz Prime Fillet: £28 per person

All steaks are served with triple cooked chips, grilled garlic scented mushroom and a choice of the following sauces…

A light red for white wine lovers, from North Italy, keeping

Carmenere Gran Hacienda Santa Rita, Chile

From the Merlot family, this flagship grape ranks itself amongst some of the best reds to have with meats thanks to its savoury finish. Per glass (175ml) £6 – Per Carafe (500ml) £14

Vieux Chateau Negrit, ST Emilion Montagne, France

A classic Bordeaux, from the satellite appellation of St Emillion, 2013 was a good vintage allowing the wine to be suave with balanced tannin. Per glass (175ml) £8 – Per Carafe (500ml) £20 

Zinfandel, Sebastiani, Sonoma USA
